Myelodysplastic Syndromes Patient/Caregiver Forum
Patients and caregivers are welcome to attend our annual MDS Patient/Caregiver Forum on April 11, 2012 at the Omni Hotel on IH-10 West in San Antonio. The Forum includes a quality of life discussion with time for questions and answers, and an MDS treatment update by Roger M. Lyons, MD, FACP, Medical Director of the CCCST MDS Center of Excellence. Breakfast and lunch is included. All attendees must RSVP to attend.
